Lily Myers is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with individual adults, couples, and groups.  She has specialized experience in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, work and life transitions, chronic pain and stress management.  With groups, Lily specializes in mindfulness-based interventions.
